How confidant are you feeling today? I use ‘today’ advisedly because confidence is not something static; it’s mercurial. Some days we are fully of it, others, not so much… Lack of confidence is frequently offered as a reason why women don’t progress into senior management. Hmm, Quite possibly along with unconscious bias, and very conscious bias!

I saw them at the Bath Comedy Festival and just had to find out a little more about them. They are currently touring the UK. Do catch them if you can.
