It’s 100 years since some women got the right to vote. Well, 8.5 million actually. It’s been something of a slow burn but we’re getting there…albeit slowly. Still, 8.5 million women, that’s a cause for celebration! Full gender equality, how long?

Let’s All Move to Iceland!

Well done to tiny Iceland for doing what we in the UK have yet to achieve. They have made the gender pay gap illegal and companies who disobey will get fined. Can we do it here? Of course we could if vested interests in maintaining the status quo would move out of the way.
