One Fact Every Woman Needs to Know

Virginia Woolf

“I would venture to guess that Anon, who wrote so many poems without signing them, was often a woman.” – Virginia Woolf

Researched fact:

Women undersell themselves at interviews, men oversell. Women attribute success to others in the team. Men feel comfortable taking the credit themselves. If you’re competing with a man for a job this places you at a distinct disadvantage.

It’s important to know your own worth and be comfortable sharing it with it others.

“It’s no good being good, if no one knows you’re good.”
