Share some of your knowledge with someone in a way that supports and encourages them
Acknowledge something a colleague or service worker has done in a positive and affirming way- a thank you note, or maybe pass your praise to their manager
Help someone with a task for no other reason than that you’re helping a fellow human being out i.e. carry someone’s shopping, help with a report or help them fold up a pushchair
