Regular readers of my blog or newsletter will know that I am a keen promoter of mindfulness, particularly for helping people with depression. I am often asked just what is it so I’m including here a video explanation from Jon Kabat-Zinn, a much better description than the one I usually give!

    Great to hear it directly from JK-Z, Jane. And I believe it can be life-changing to others struggling with depression, for them to know how to improve their awareness of NOW and control how they pay attention. It is helping me come to terms with the causes of my depression and understand how to manage what I’m feeling. Thank you for the help you have given me 🙂
