Effort Does Equal Success If…

If you’re applying the effort in the right place. Pushing at a huge boulder with all your might will probably not not move it but levering it with a crow bar probably will! (And with less effort and risk of a hernia.)

BoulderBefore you get caught up in the hurly burly of work and reacting to the demands placed on you, take a few minutes each day to think about where you want to direct your effort and why.

Then think about if pushing will help you, or if a lever would be more helpful?

Then work out who your levers are!
