That’s a great idea, Jayne! My little camera and I now take lots of photos but not of me. Many of the photos I take are of Teddy, my German Shepherd and since he always brings me pure joy, I think that would bring me into the moment. The other day when he played the piano, all four of us were home and no one said anything, we just smiled. You could see one face lighting up after another. By not talking, he plays a few more notes. Thanks for sharing your “tiara” moment!

My last pure joy moment was just before xmas, my daughters 4th birthday party. We all had a fabulous time, but I didn’t realise just how much that was so, until I looked at the pictures. As my daugher put it ” that was the best birthday ever!”
