I’ve written before about the benefits of smiling, but did you know you don’t actually have to smile at anyone for it still to be beneficial!
Honestly, it’s true. Even fake smiling, and smiling to yourself, starts off some of the feel good factors associated with it.
So, altogether now, say CHEESE!

A friend of mine, when speaking with people about to interview, always counsels them to smile. It’s easy to forget how welcoming a smile is, or how forbidding and/or distancing its absence can be.
That is so true, Ed.
Just for YOU Jane, because I love your blog, I will try and smile and see what happens.
