Do you ever take a few moments to stop and review?

Try this exercise as you wind down for the week end.

Your Week

Think back over the week and the people you have encountered, either in person or through the media.

Who has inspired you?

Who has helped you?

Who has held you back?

And conversely, who have you helped, inspired or held back?

Nice to share

Jim Connolly @Jimconnolly on twitter inspires me almost everyday with his various tweets and blogs. And he is always there to help. Also Danny Brown @dannybrown is an inspiration to us all.

Thanks Michelle :)

Thanks Michelle. I don’t actually know of Danny so will look him up, but am a great admirer of Jim!

There’s thousands of people who inspire me but on the top of my list would be Jim Connolly and you! Jane, in the short time I have met you, I have found much common ground and I find it motivating to see someone who is successful, happy, and yet very approachable.

And yes, I too know and enjoy Danny Brown for all of the good he puts into the online world.

Jason Alba has long been a favorite of mine from the career industry. Writing from the heart, Jason speaks to the pulse of job seekers.

Christine Livingston is rapidly moving up in my world for inspiration and role modeling.

I could go on all day with more people from many walks of life and some with no online presence or limited.

My favorite musician and personal friend, Michael Schroeder, did more to keep me goal-focused through the last 10 years than anyone. His friendship made sure that I didn’t make stupid financial choices and he threw enough encouragement my way to keep my chin up in the toughest of times.
