		<description>It&#039;s amazing that certain countries are actually doing better than the UK when it comes to &#039;Women in Politics&#039;.I really believe that all organisations should explore creative ways of attracting, recruiting and retaining women. The recession presents the best opportunity for forward-thinking employers to achieve specific diversity outcomes.
