It’s amazing that certain countries are actually doing better than the UK when it comes to ‘Women in Politics’.I really believe that all organisations should explore creative ways of attracting, recruiting and retaining women. The recession presents the best opportunity for forward-thinking employers to achieve specific diversity outcomes. I believe that women should be 1000% equal with men. In fact, almost all of the women I have worked with are better workers than men!
